WINES WORTH TALKING ABOUT
At The Wine Conversation, our motto when pulling a cork (or twisting a screwcap) is “pleasure factor, please?”
We will be as objective as we can be about this subjective subject, looking out for wines which have something interesting to say. Wines, like people, introduce themselves in different ways: The most interesting develop as the conversation continues, while others sometimes make a huge impression to begin with but fade with time. At The Wine Conversation, we’ll recommend the wines we believe are really worth talking about. Life is too short to drink uninteresting wines!
